Our head chef is HARVEY PERTTOLA (opus, Hampton manor, swinfen hall), and he's passionate about serving up food that champions the finest local, seasonal ingredients.
aiming to make Maribel accessible to all, Harvey and his team have developed our a la carte and tasting menus.
Harvey has been a finalist and runner up in the 2017 Chef Stagiaire, as well as a finalist in the 2018 British Culinary Federation Young Chef of the Year.
Set in the heart of Birmingham, our intimate restaurant seats up to 35 people for lunch of dinner, and is also available for private hire.
